VERTEX APPAREL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, slight variations in print placement or color may occur.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties or import charges.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount of your purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of VERTEX APPAREL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability.
Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with VERTEX APPAREL.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and VERTEX APPAREL.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain data is processed by Shopify in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

SECTION 15 – EU CONSUMER RIGHTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at support@vertexapparelshop.com.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We will reimburse payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including print-on-demand items.
SECTION 16 – EU LEGAL GUARANTEE
If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VERTEX APPAREL is registered.
However, if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.
