RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VERTEX APPAREL, all products are made to order. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color choice.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us at support@vertexapparelshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require customers to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a product has a confirmed defect or printing error, a replacement will be issued.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If merchandise is delivered to a customer located in the European Union, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

• Made to the consumer’s specifications

• Clearly personalized

• Produced on demand

Since our products are made to order, the 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Where applicable under EU law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights provided under EU consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• A confirmed defective or incorrect item where replacement is not possible

• A valid claim under applicable consumer protection laws

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
